Pierrick Rouat, Law student from McGill University, wins the $1000.00 prize offered by our Association to an undergraduate student from a University for the quality of his text Justice for Those who can Afford it or Justice for All, he impressed us with his thoughtful and personal approach to the topic, and for the quality of the writing.
